Is there a free trial?

FireFeed engagements typically begin with a paid pilot scoped to the seller's catalog and order volume. The pilot has a defined success criteria and outcome.

Are setup fees included?

FireFree and Pro include standard onboarding. For Enterprise, setup effort is quoted separately and reflects the complexity of integrations and catalog scope.

How does the per-order fee on FireFree work?

FireFree has no monthly subscription. A fee of €0.19 applies per processed order.

What is included in support?

Email support is included in all plans. Priority support, dedicated channels and defined SLAs are available on Pro and Enterprise.
